How long does it take?
Digital 3D models are usually completed within 24 hours.
Physical sculptures are completed within approximately 5 business days, including production.
Digital model or physical product?
You can choose your order either as a production-ready digital 3D model or as a physical sculpture.
Digital models are delivered in STL, OBJ, FBX, GLB, USD, and 3MF formats.
Can I choose the color?
Yes. You can customize your product by selecting a color from our shared color chart or by providing your preferred RAL color code.
Shipping Time
Your order is usually shipped within approximately 5 days after production is completed.
Are revisions available?
Yes. For physical product orders, the digital model prepared before production is presented for your approval. Production begins after your confirmation.
